Changes are coming to Unity Cloud

The most important change affects the log in process for the online dashboard only! Regular Unity Client behavior and use is unaffected. The current schedule is Tuesday morning Oct. 19th at 9am CST.

Here’s how this affects you

Administrators will log in with their Cloud account Email Address and will no longer use a company name and master username.

Important! If you get “invalid username or password” - choose “Forgot Password” at the log in screen.

-Email addresses found to be associated with more than one account will need to consolidate passwords and will need to perform a password reset by choosing “forgot password”.
